1. Who we are

This policy applies to Overseas Network Technologies (“ONT”, “we”, “us”), the technology arm of Overseas Travel of Florida LLC, operating at overseasnetworktech.com. Our principal place of business is Coral Gables, FL, United States.

ONT is a B2B company. This website is directed at business professionals, not consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact form data: When you submit a form on this site, we collect your first name, last name, company name, email address, and any message or additional fields you provide.
  • Usage data: We collect anonymised browsing data — pages visited, time on page, referrer URL, device type, and approximate location — via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Marketing signals: We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the effectiveness of our LinkedIn advertising campaigns. This tag collects anonymised conversion and audience data via LinkedIn's infrastructure.
  • Server logs: Our hosting infrastructure (AWS Amplify / CloudFront) automatically logs IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps as part of standard CDN operation.

3. How we use your data

  • Responding to your enquiry and following up on your interest in our products
  • Sending you the document or briefing you requested via email
  • Measuring website performance and improving our content
  • Measuring the effectiveness of our paid advertising campaigns
  • Complying with legal obligations

Our legal basis for processing contact form data is legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated). Analytics and advertising signals are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding and improving our marketing.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use sub-processors (listed in Section 6) who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
  • Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

5. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship, and for a maximum of 3 years from the date of last contact. Analytics data is retained in line with Google Analytics default settings (14 months). You may request deletion at any time — see Section 7.
